Q: What if a show is postponed due to COVID-19?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. If a show is postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, all ticket holders will be notified by email. Ticket holders will be issued a credit that does not expire. If a ticket holder is unable to attend due to isolation requirements, they will be issued a ticket credit that does not expire.

Q: Are you limiting your capacity?
A: We have returned to 100% capacity at our events.

Q: Am I required to wear a mask?
A: No one is required to wear a mask.

Q: Is proof of vaccination required?
A: No proof of vaccination or negative testing is required.
