Age Restrictions

Our comedy shows are intended for mature audiences. Age restrictions vary by show:

• Some shows may be restricted to guests 19 years of age or older.
• Other shows may permit guests 16 years of age and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
• Age restrictions are clearly indicated at the time of ticket purchase.
• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirements for a particular show.

Ticket Purchases and Reservations

Purchase Terms

• All ticket sales are final unless a show is cancelled by House of Comedy.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• Tickets may not be resold for profit without our express written permission.

Reservations

• Tickets that have not been picked up 20 minutes before showtime will be released for sale to the general public.
• We cannot guarantee admission if you are not at the venue 20 minutes before showtime.
• Seating is on a first come, first serve basis for groups of 7 or less.
• Groups of 8 or more will receive pre-set seating to accommodate larger party sizes.
• Pre-set seating is released 15-20 minutes before show time.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If a show is cancelled by House of Comedy, ticket holders will be offered a refund or credit towards a future show.
• Show times, performers, and content are subject to change without notice.
• No refunds will be issued for changes to show lineup or content.

Venue Policies

Food and Beverage

• Food and beverage service is available during shows.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
• You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.

Conduct and Behavior

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we require that all patrons:

• Remain respectful to performers, staff, and other guests at all times.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior including excessive talking, heckling, or use of mobile devices during performances.
• Follow all instructions from venue staff.
• Not engage in any illegal activity on the premises.

We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these conduct policies without refund.

Recording and Photography

• Recording of any kind (audio, video, or photography) during performances is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Use of mobile phones during performances is prohibited and may result in removal from the venue.
• By attending our shows, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
