Rory did every job that he could of on The Daily Show, and on his free time he would perform stand-up. Rory has opened for Lewis Black on Lewis’ 2007 Red, White and Screwed theater tour; he starred in his own Comedy Central Presents half hour special and was featured on John Oliver’s New York Comedy Show  also on Comedy Central. From 2010 through 2013 he teamed up with fellow Daily Show comedians John Oliver, John Hodgman, Rob Riggle and Al Madrigal, and did stand-up gigs across the country on their days off. In 2012, Rory traveled with John Oliver and other Daily Show comedians to Afghanistan for a USO tour to entertain American troops.
